    Amazon cheated me

    I got this mobile by evening, the next early morning 4.30 I restarted the mobile after an update. But at the time itself it’s rebooting, immediately I spoke to Amazon customer service but there is no use. They asked me to contact the Motorola service centre immediately I tried to contact my local Motorola service centre and my nearby Pondicherry service centre also, but there also they won’t support for me. So I tried service technician visit option in my mobile order but after 6 days nearly my 10 days replacement warranty periods is going to over that time a lady called me and asked me to do some online test. And she called me through Whatsapp voice call (because WhatsApp call we can’t able to record) and said within 6 days Amazon executive will come and collect your mobile and the return amount will be credited in your account within 10 hours. But still now nobody has call me or get back the mobile. I myself tried many times and did the hard reset now it’s working but actually this is not the new mobile this is refurbished mobile they cheated me it has proximity sensor problem, touch problem, battery standby only half day maximum 10 hours, heating problem. I bought some items and devices from Amazon but this time I was purely cheated me, Amazon cheated me.
